For my UnEssay project, I embarked on a digital odyssey into the world of Ariana Grande. This journey was not merely to appreciate her music but to investigate her feminist rhetoric and its influence on society. My chosen format for this exploration was a multimedia presentation incorporating videos, interviews, songs, backstage videos, behind-the-scenes peeks, concerts and tours videos, and TV appearances, all woven together on a carefully designed website.

 

The choice of this format was deliberate. We live in a digital age where our lives are intertwined with technology. By presenting my analysis in a multimedia format, I aimed to engage the audience in a space they are intimately familiar with – the digital world. This format not only allowed me to explore different dimensions of Grande's feminism but also ensured that the audience would be actively engaged and involved.

 

My journey began with an extensive research phase, sifting through countless interviews, songs, and TV appearances by Ariana Grande. Each piece of media I selected was a building block, adding to the narrative I wanted to create. The process of curating these materials was meticulous. I had to ensure that each piece not only demonstrated Grande's feminist rhetoric but also fit into the larger narrative seamlessly.

 

Once I gathered enough material, I started creating a remix. The remix was a careful orchestration of various media, woven together to present a cohesive narrative of Grande's feminist rhetoric. It was like crafting a symphony; every note had a purpose and contributed to the melody.

 

Designing the website was another integral part of my UnEssay project. I wanted to create an immersive digital experience for the audience, a space where they could explore Grande's feminist rhetoric from different angles. Every element on the website, from the color scheme to the layout, was chosen to enhance this experience. 

 

However, this process was not without its challenges. The most significant challenge was ensuring the website was aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. I overcame this by focusing on the minutiae, making sure every detail was perfect. It was a process that required patience and perseverance, but it was ultimately worth it.

 

In essence, my UnEssay project explored Ariana Grande's feminist rhetoric through a digital lens. It was a journey that allowed me to investigate deeper into her philosophy and its impact on society. I hope to engage the audience engagingly and insightfully by presenting this analysis in a multimedia format.

 

As a rhetor, I aimed to connect the course material with a real-world example to bring to life the theories we learned in class. In doing so, I hope to demonstrate rhetoric's power and influence on society. It was a challenging but rewarding journey that allowed me to grow as a writer and thinker.
